How to place an order?
for digital products: click the "Digital Services" tab to select your desired eProduct(s).
for print products: click the "Print Services" tab to select your desired print product(s).
All orders must be placed online to begin.
How long is your design process?
Please allow 5-10 business days for all projects to be completed. Additional editing may add to longer processing times. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
What is your design process?
Buy Online: All products must be purchased online to start your project.
Consultation: ALL products comes with a complimentary consultation. Once you have purchased your desired project, you will receive an email to schedule a 10-15 minute call regarding the details of your project.
Draft Design: based on our consultation, you will receive a draft design in which you are allotted 2 complimentary revisions throughout the entire design process.
Final Design: Per your revision requests, you will receive your final project.
Can I book a consultation before purchasing a product?
Yes, if you are not currently working on a project with us & would like to book a consultation, please utilize the brand consultation option on our book online page.

Return Policy
Here at Digital GraphX, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your final design, a 75% service fee will be assessed and you will refunded 25% of the total price.
Do you accept rush jobs?
We like to put quality time into each step of the design process. However, we understand our clients sometimes have strict deadlines. In the event you may need a rush order, a $100 service fee will be assessed- please inquire via email.
