How long is your design process?

Generally, most digital projects take about 2 weeks to complete & printed projects may take 3-4 weeks. Additional editing may add to longer processing times. Rush orders are available for an additional $100 fee.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We're open Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM EST. We are closed on weekends, and all major holidays. You may still contact us outside of theses hours. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How many revisions am I allowed?

All projects are allotted 2 complimentary revision sessions. During each session you can make as many editing request as you like.
Additional revisions are available for a $20 fee.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS/POLICY DO YOU ACCEPT?

All orders $300 or less must be paid in full to begin. Projects exceeding $300 require a $75 deposit to begin.


Debit or Credit Cards, Paypal as well as Cash App and Zelle and Square Invoice are all acceptable payment methods.


All payments are non-refundable. In the event you placed an order in error please contact us immediately.

DO I OWN MY DESIGN?

Yes! You have full ownership of any design service provided. Logo files are provided in PNG and JPEG formats. If needed, the .psd file to your project can be purchased - inquire via email.
