if you do not see your desired project, please send us a message to receive a custom quote.

Book Your Consultation

During this step, we'll gather all need to knows! The more we know about your brand, the better!

Step 3

Client Form

Once we've met virtually & your design form is complete, the drafting process will begin. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your specific project.

Please note, all logo, webpage and branding projects require a client form. Our design process does not begin until client as completed a consultation and filled out their prospective client form.

How to place an order?

for digital products: click the "Digital Services" tab to select your desired eProduct(s).

for print products: click the "Print Services" tab to select your desired print product(s).

How long is your design process?

Please allow 5-10 business days for all projects to be completed. Additional editing may add to longer processing times. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

What is your design process?

​

  1. Buy Online: All products must be purchased online to start your project.

  2. Consultation: ALL products comes with a complimentary consultation. Once you have purchased your desired project, you will receive an email to schedule a 10-15 minute call regarding the details of your project. 

  3. Draft Design: based on our consultation, you will receive a draft design in which you are allotted 2 complimentary revisions throughout the entire design process.

  4. Final Design: Per your revision requests, you will receive your final project.

Can I book a consultation before purchasing a product?

Yes, if you are not currently working on a project with us & would like to book a consultation, please utilize the brand consultation option on our book online page.

Return Policy

Here at Digital GraphX, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your final design, a 75% service fee will be assessed and you will refunded 25% of the total price.

Do you accept rush jobs?

We like to put quality time into each step of the design process. However, we understand our clients sometimes have strict deadlines. In the event you may need a rush order, a $100 service fee will be assessed- please inquire via email.

Scheduling

Consultations are required for the following services

every project! We accept phone and virtual consultations on Monday's and Wednesday's ONLY!

Client Abandonment

Here at Digital Graphx we're pretty understanding. In the event you need to pause your project, we've got you covered. Clients may pause projects for up to 30 days, meaning no progression in your project for up to 30 days. After 30 days, your project will be placed on our waiting list & your new project completion date will be based on our schedule during that time.

After 60 days of no progression, your project & payment will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Terminations of Project

Sometimes things just simply don’t go the way we expect them to. If, at some point, either of us decides our working relationship is failing, then we can submit the desire to part ways in writing and payment for all work completed at that point will be due.


In the event of termination, you shall pay Digital Graphx LLC, for all services performed through the date of termination in the amount of a prorated portion of the fees due.


You will own any completed or partially completed files (not base or working files), and may use them in any way you choose. I retain the right to use anything I created in my portfolio.
